What do you say when someone says,
[but] a lot of people like her

I wonder about that but
if it was there would it change anything,
or does it chalk up to the same statement?
(does it end in the same place?)

yeah, I really like her

- a lot of people like her

I really like her

- but a lot of people like her

(- you’re not special
or
- you’re not good enough)

but then again I’m not sure if the word love
had the right to be used in the first place.
